What We Believe

"What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." - A.W. Tozer

Foundational Beliefs

We believe that the Gospel of Jesus is the reason we exist as a church. That all of our foundational beliefs uphold the mission of sharing the GOOD NEWS.  Who are we? Simply put we are a non-denominational church that is committed to living out the Gospel in a biblically centered way to the community around us.

What does that look like? There are four words that drive that mission for us:
Love - We are Christians and have a deep love for Jesus and our community.
Reach - We are sent on mission to the highways and bi-ways to bring the good news.
Grow - We believe in a community of believers being discipled in biblical truth to become mature followers of Christ.
Send - We are called out by God to be sent out. As we GROW the LOVE of Christ compels us to REACH out with light and truth.

We are committed to live out our mission as perfectly imperfect individuals saved by the beautiful grace of God.  We stand on the firm foundation of scripture while recognizing that we were once lost, but now found...blind but can now see!

Worshippers

God is absolutely worthy of our worship. In fact, everything we do comes out of our adoration for Him. He has given more than we deserve and calls us sons and daughters. What a gift!
John 4:23-24

Disciples

We are meant to become more of a reflection of God's glory as we move in maturity towards Him. As we become students of the word, commit ourselves to sound teaching and live it out by being 'Jesus with skin on' we will grow in unwavering maturity.
John 8:31-32

Community

The church is meant to be a city on a hill and a light to the surrounding community. This is vibrantly expressed as we learn to do life together. Growing together, challenging one another and lifting each other up becomes a beautiful expression of God in our community.
Hebrews 10:24-25

Servants

The greatest example of the Love of God was his willingness to come and serve humanity by laying down his life. It is our example and calling to do the same thing. We honor God and reflect His glory by serving one another with action expressed in truth and love.
Galatians 5:13

Witnesses

The gift of life was never meant to be kept to ourselves. We have been directed to take the 'Good News' everywhere we go. The Gospel should be quick on our lips and expressed in our lives. We get the wonderful opportunity of being the example of God's existence in words and deeds.
Matthew 28:18-20
